These terms govern your use of ATS Resume Pilot. By creating an account, you agree to them.
ATS Resume Pilot lets you build, edit, and export resumes and cover letters, with optional AI-assisted writing tools. All features are currently free to use.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be old enough to legally enter into these terms in your jurisdiction to create an account.
You own the resumes, cover letters, and other content you create. We don't claim any ownership over it, and we don't use it for anything other than providing the service back to you — including AI features, which process your content only to generate the output you requested.
Text generated by the AI writing tools is a starting point, not a guarantee. You're responsible for reviewing and verifying anything you include in a resume, cover letter, or application before sending it to an employer.
Don't use the service to create fraudulent documents (e.g. fake credentials or employment history intended to deceive an employer), to abuse the AI features (e.g. attempting to extract or misuse the underlying system), or to interfere with the service's normal operation.
We aim to keep the service available and your data intact, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Back up anything critical by exporting it (PDF/DOCX) outside the app.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the update.
